Honda has ruled the automatic scooter segment, thanks to its amazing Activa 110, then later the Aviator, which is a more stylish 110cc scoot from the same stables. With the launch of new more powerful Activa 125 things do look more interesting than ever.
We have compared the Activa 125 with its 125cc rivals Access, Swish and Rodeo earlier, here is a quick compare to give you an idea about how does it stack up against its smaller siblings.

As you can see, there is not a significant bump in power but look at those more important torque figures which clearly reflect the much better load-pullability of Activa 125. And despite the better specs, certified mileage remains around the same ballparks!
Activa 125 also trounces the other two siblings in terms of dimensions and at the cost of Aviator deluxe you can have the regular Activa 125 standard. With respect to the Activa 110, you will need to pay about 6000 more for all those features and more power.
