Xpulse 200 has been one motorcycle that has been the talk of the town ever since it was first unveiled few years back. The adventure motorcycle can do a lot even in its stock form and being a consumer product, it ought to be practical as well for vast majority of customers. And that is what it is!
However, if you intend to turn it into an off-roader – you, now, can with the special Rally Kit that the company has launched today. First showcased at the 2019 EICMA in November, Xpulse Rally looked brilliant and pretty functional for all of you who want to get adventurous and for those young, aspiring rally riders as well who want to make a career out of their passons!
Talking about what it offers – the new Xpulse Rally kit comprises a fully adjustable front telescopic suspension with 250mm travel as well as an adjustable high-rise suspension at the rear. It also features a flat bench seat, handlebar risers, longer side stand, extended gear lever and a high 275 mm ground clearance. Rounding off the package are those special rally tyres by Maxxis.
Since it is not mentioned by Hero, we believe those new sprockets which the EICMA version featured are not part of the package. What is certainly NOT on offer is the Akrapovic exhaust the display motorcycle flaunted back then.

Hero has priced the rally kit at Rs 38,000 and it will be available from March onwards at select company dealerships. Which means that you can have an off-road spec 200cc motorcycle at roughly around 1.50 Lakh only! You do not have such customization options in the market yet from OEMs and other off-roaders (like Kawasaki KX & KLX series) cost a moon!
