Hero MotoCorp is working hard in order to strengthen their leadership team. In January 2022, the company announced the appointment of Mr. Arun Jaura as their new CTO. And starting this month (March 2022), the company has appointed Ms. Reema Jain as their new Chief Information and Digital Officer.
Ms. Jain will directly report to Dr. Pawan Munjal – Chairman and CEO of Hero MotoCorp.
Ms. Reema Jain is a renowned digitization and technology expert, and the company hopes her expertise will further strengthen the IT-related infrastructure, strategic planning, aligning digital strategies including the usage of new-age technologies.

Ms. Reema Jain has nearly two decades of technology and leadership experience and prior to joining Hero MotoCorp, she served as Chief Digital Officer at Vodafone India.
Prior to this, Ms. Jain has a resume of working with global corporations such as Unilever and GE in leadership roles, where she was responsible for building scalable technology platforms, processes, and IT Solutions.
Commenting on the new appointment, Mr. Mike Clarke (Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, Hero MotoCorp) said –

Reema’s addition to the team will help us lead the digital acceleration and leverage technology to augment our innovation ecosystem together with our customers and partners.”
Additionally, Hero MotoCorp have also announced promotion of Mr. Ranjivjit Singh to the newly constituted role of Chief Growth Officer with an objective to “leverage the emerging opportunities in the post-pandemic world, by bringing more synergies between the key customer-facing functions of Marketing and Sales & After-Sales”.
