Hero home delivery process is simple and it is explained in three very simple steps in this story. It comes at a very nominal charge…

Tough times call for innovation and manufacturers are going the whole hog to ensure they remain in the good books of prospect buyers. Hero MotoCorp, India’s biggest two-wheeler manufacturer has announced home delivery of its two-wheelers which, they say, will raise the bar in customer experience in the two-wheeler space.

Hero already has an online portal – HGPMart.com, where you can book Hero branded motorcycles and scooters. And this is how the process of home delivery will work…

Hero Home Delivery Process

There are three simple steps through which you can get your Hero 2-wheeler home delivered.

  • Step 1: You have to login to HGPmart.com and select your preferred motorcycle or scooter from the company. Choose your nearest dealer and continue with the booking payment.
  • Step 2: Once the booking is completed, a company appointed representative will come to your place to collect all the necessary documents at your desired time slot.
  • Step 3: Once all the legal formalities are completed and the product is successfully registered with the local RTO, it will be delivered to your address.

All you have to pay is a nominal fee of Rs 349 towards the complete process!

On this initiative, Sanjay Bhan, Head of Sales, Aftersales and Parts at Hero said,

At Hero MotoCorp we continuously invest in developing innovative processes and business models to ensure our customers get the best in class experience. Our new initiative will raise the bar for customer experience in the two-wheeler category. As the youth of today increasingly look for value-added services in every purchase that they make, brands have to step-up their strategic thinking to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market environment.

Dilemma: Hero MotoCorp May NOT be Able to Use ‘Hero’ Branding on EVs
