Hero Electric and ReadyAssist have come together in a partnership to provide Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Service Support to their B2B customers.
Hero Electric and ReadyAssist Partnership
ReadyAssist is a Bengaluru based 24×7 roadside assistance company. This is their second partnership with Hero Electric. Current partnership with Hero Electric is aimed to deliver servicing options for the customer E-bikes, offer roadside assistance and tend to breakdown issues on priority. Earlier both companies came together to facilitate training and upskilling of nearly 20,000 mechanics in the EV domain all across the country.
The company explains that this ‘industry-first’ initiative and partnership will help in growth of their B2B customers’ businesses by increasing the uptime of their e-bikes and provide quick and efficient service support to vehicles being used in the last-mile deliveries.

Hero Electric have been undertaking many initiatives and creating new partnerships in order to build and promote EV adoption. They have been actively involved in leasing EVs to last-mile delivery and logistics aggregators along with other e-commerce players. Earlier this year, Hero Electric partnered with Mahindra & Mahindra to tackle the ever-expanding demand by increasing the manufacturing capacity and aim for 95% uptime across their B2B EV fleets.
