Hero Electric, which is the largest electric 2-wheeler brand in India, is stepping up its game with electric vehicles slowly gaining acceptance. Flash is one of its entry e-scoots in the lineup which costed Rs 37,078 on road in Delhi.

In a latest update, Hero Electric has slashed its prices by whopping Rs 7090. This means that Flash now costs only Rs 29,990 making it a brilliant preposition for starters. This price is through Hero’s offline network. For online users, Hero is offering Paytm benefits of upto Rs 10,500 on its scooters.

For reference, the Flash LA is powered by a 250w BLDC hub motor with a 48v, 28AH battery. The scooter has a range of 50 km and a top speed of 25 kmph. Here claims a charging time of 8 hours and you do not need license or registration to ride it.

The Flash LA (LA stands for lead-acid) is equipped with telescopic shock absorbers, alloy wheels, LED headlamps and digital speedometer. The specs may not please all but it must be understood that this is an entry level electric scooter which could be very useful in your daily household chores.

There is another variants of this scooter Flash LI which is powered by a Lithium Ion battery. It has an increased range of 65 km and a much lesser charging time of 4-5 hours only. Hero Electric has 615 touchpoints which are spread across the country.
