Bajaj Auto has finally launched its first ever electric vehicle Chetak at an event in Mumbai. Chetak was first unveiled on 16th October 2019 and is the first all-electric two-wheeler from a mainstream two-wheeler manufacturer in India.
It will be available only in Pune and Bangalore for now after which Bajaj will take it to other metro cities as well, but later.

- These are ex-showroom prices in Pune and Bangalore.
- These price tags include the FAME subsidy.
- These prices include a home-charging station.
- Charges such as insurance and road tax will be over and above these price tags.
Bajaj is offering a warranty of 3 years or 50,000 kilometers on the Chetak. It says that the electric scooter needs minimal maintenance and the service interval is 12,000 kilometers or 1 year whichever is earlier.
