Ducati Superleggera V4 owners will receive special treatment apart from various motoring experiences as a part of purchasing the super exclusive superbike!
Ducati very recently announced the commencement of production of the super exclusive Supperleggera V4. Only 500 units of the motorcycle will be made for the world and each unit will be distinctly numbered (001/500, 499/500, etc).
Shortly after the announcement, Ducati has shared that it has delivered the first motorcycle (001/500) to its owner who is a Belgian named as Filip Van Schil. Filip already owns nine other Ducati motorcycles and this is his tenth.
Filip was invited to Borgo Panigale factory for the delivery of his motorcycle. He was able to see up close the production line where his motorcycle was built and met the worker who made its motor. Filip was also given an opportunity to test the Panigale V4 R – the motorcycle which competes in the SBK World Championship, at the Mugello track.
At this occasion, Filip said,
When I received the call and the official invitation to come to Borgo Panigale to collect my Superleggera V4, the number 001 of 500, although I have always been a Ducatista, my legs trembled with emotion,

A welcome like this, even though I was the first to call and order the bike, is something unimaginable. Receiving it directly in the company and touching the passion of the people who work in Borgo Panigale is an experience that I will always remember. Days like this are what make Ducati unique and different from all the other motorcycle manufacturers.
The motorcycle was handed over to the owner by Claudio Domenically, CEO of Ducati Motor.
