CFMoto 650GT BS6 launch is expected anytime soon since the company has started teasing it on its social media handles. Can it continue at 5.49 Lac…?
It appears CFMoto – which also makes KTM motorcycles in China, is ready with its Bharat Stage 6 compliant motorcycles. It has already started its account with the 300NK BS6 which was launched very recently at an unchanged price tag of Rs 2.29 Lakh.
Next up it announced the 650NK which is still awaited. And in a latest, it has started teasing the 650GT BS6 on its social channels. The 650GT is the sports tourer in the line-up and is probably the best looker of the lot. In the teaser pic the upper part of the Nebula Black color of the motorcycle is visible and there aren’t any changes that we can notice. The other color that was on offer was the Concept Blue (though it was more of white).

The 650GT BS4 was powered by a 649.3cc, inline twin cylinder, liquid cooled engine that was capable of producing 62.54 PS of peak power at 9000 rpm and 58.5 Nm of max torque at 7000 rpm. It was paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Chances are that the updated model will continue with the same set-up albeit with emission related changes and there could be minor power/torque drops as well.

Here comes the most important part – the 650GT was priced attractively at Rs 5.49 Lakh. It will be interesting to see if CFMoto can continue with the same tag, at least for the initial few hundred bookings. Launch of the BS6 model is expected in the coming few weeks.
