Bounce Infinity is targeting 10 cities in Phase-1 to establish battery-swapping stations… Greaves EVs are their first customer…
Bounce Infinity, India’s first manufacturer to offer Battery-as-a-Service solutions, have partnered with Greaves Retail to provide their EVs with battery charging stations. This partnership makes Greaves Retail to be the first company to utilise Bounce Infinity’s battery-swapping network.
As per their partnership, Bounce Infinity is planning to target 10 cities with nearly 300 battery-swapping stations in each city in order to help Greaves Retail strengthen their last-mile connectivity. The battery-swapping service will be used by Ampere electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers catering B2B & B2C segments.

Bounce Infinity explains that their swapping stations work on similar principles as conventional fuel stations. The swapping stations will have charged and ready-to-go batteries for EV customers which they will be able to easily swap with their near-empty batteries in a matter of minutes.

They further add that their system integration has already been completed with Greaves electric scooters and would very soon be made available to other models in the future.

Bounce Infinity’s says their smart solution will be available at locations as varied as residential complexes, petrol bunks, restaurants, cafes, co-living spaces, corporate offices, Kirana stores etc. and will exclusively power electric vehicles manufactured by Greaves Retail.
