An official press release marks the entry of another Discover from Bajaj’s stables – new 2014 Discover 125. And as you must have noticed by now, there is no prefix or suffix after or before the name.
Although it is not mentioned, New Discover 125 is probably a replacement to the older-gen Discover 125 as we believe they will not place two motorcycles with exactly the same name. New Discover 125 joins the existing 125cc lineup of Discover 125T and Discover 125ST, with the new offering forming the base of the 125cc Discovers.

Discover 125 Engine:
Discover 125 gets the same 125cc 4-valve twinspark DTSi engine which produces 11.5PS of power output and 10.8Nm of torque. Despite an impressive power output, Discover 125 is certified at a fuel efficiency rating of 76kmpl! The same engine produces 13PS and 12.5PS on Discover 125ST and Discover 125T respectively.

Bajaj is offering the new Discover 125 in six colour options:
