Chennai based TVS Motor, one of the largest manufacturers of two wheelers in the country, has just launched the 2021 Apache RTR 160 4V in our neighboring country – Bangladesh.
The most prominent feature is the inclusion of TVS’ SmartXonnect technology. With this, the Apache becomes the first-of-its-kind motorcycle in the country to come with a Bluetooth connected cluster technology. As we already know, this system allows your phone to get connected with the motorcycle and showcases information including race telemetry, turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alert, dedicated information/control switch, and lean angle mode.
The Apache 160 also comes with new LED headlamp with claw-styled position lamps. Apart from that, it gets radial tyres that the company claims offer increased traction, control, stability, and durability.

Mechanically, the Apache 160 RTR 4V comes with a 159.7 cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, oil cooled engine that produces a very respectable 16.05 PS at 8,000 rpm, and 14.8 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The motor is mated to a five-speed gearbox.
