Suzuki V-Strom 650 BS6 Unveiled: Launch Soon [AE2020]

V-Strom 650 BS6 launch expected in the coming few weeks. The motorcycle may become first mid-size ADV to be updated…

Apart from its regular smaller models, Suzuki has also showcased its updated V-Strom 650 BS6 at the ongoing Auto Expo in Noida. The mid-sized ADV has seen changes to its graphics on the fuel tank and beak. The other, white colour may also get these similar stickers.

The company has not shared the specs of the new V-Strom 650 but we believe there may be a wee bit of a downfall from the older specs of around 71 bhp and 62 Nm. The V-Strom 650 is only the third motorcycle in Suzuki’s big bike lineup which is sold as CKD (Completely knocked down units), apart from Hayabusa and GSX-S750.

The existing V-Strom is priced at Rs 6.46 Lakh ex-showroom Gurgaon and expect a minor price hike for the BS6 variant. Suzuki sells the more hardcore ‘XT’ trim in India, which is what has been displayed at the Expo.
