2023 R15 changes list comprise of a new instrument console (limited to the M variant), a new color and some others…
Yamaha has officially launched the 2023 R15 in India and majority of changes go to the M variant. The M variant is the top of the line trim in the R15 family. Let us quickly list all the updates…
2023 R15 Changes
- New Cluster – The biggest change is the introduction of a YZF-R1 inspired colored TFT instrument cluster. There is a Gear shift indicator as well and you can also choose between Track and Street modes. The standard R15 v4 continues with the older digital LCD meter, however, we believe it will also get this new console sometime later.
- LED Blinkers – The M variant now comes with LED blinkers as standard. That means it now comes with LED all-around.
- New Color – There is a new Dark Knight color that has been added to the palette of the R15 V4. It joins the metallic red racing blue shade.
- OBD2 – All the R15s now come with on-board diagnostics (OBD2) system that will come into effect from April this year.
