Since the last few weeks, spy pics of accessorized Dominar 400 were doing rounds on the internet. And in a latest, Bajaj Auto has launched the new 2022 Dominar 400 in India.
This time the bike comes fitted with some essential long riding accessories right from the factory.
2022 Dominar 400 – What’s New…?
The new Dominar 400 gets a tiny pillion backrest, luggage carrier support, tall windscreen at the front, engine guard fused with a metal skid plate and standard USB charging port. This means that the customer doesn’t have to install these accessories separately. And that they come with company’s quality benchmark gives extra confidence.
There is an additional saddle stay support which doesn’t come as a standard accessory though riders can buy it separately.
On the mechanical front, the Dominar 400 continues to carry the 373cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine at its heart which delivers 39.42 bhp of max power and 35 Nm of peak torque.

The motorcycle is offered in a single trim and Bajaj is charging a premium of Rs 4493 over the older version. This comes after consistent hikes to the motorcycle’s prices in the last many months.
There are no changes to the color palette as well – the two colors – Aurora Green and Vine Black continue to be on offer. Apart from the additional accessories mentioned above, there are no changes to the styling of the sports cruiser either.
