In a big surprise, TVS Motor has introduced its updated flagship streetfighter – Apache 200 with some segment first features. The 2021 Apache 200 gets ride modes, adjustable suspension and a lot more…

TVS is offering three riding modes – Sport, Urban and Rain which is a segment first feature. Earlier, the top of the line Apache 310 got ride modes in its BS6 update. Through these ride modes, a user can adjust his bike’s response in varied riding conditions. Based on the mode selected, the motorcycle changes its behavior with respect to power output and ABS intrusion.

Other than that, the new Apache 200 also comes with adjustable suspension both at the front and rear. Seen for the first time in this segment are new Showa suspension at the front which are adjustable for preload. The rear suspension is also now Showa branded and TVS says it has been further enhanced for track performance.

Moreover, the brake and clutch levers can also be adjusted based on the rider’s comfort levels. TVS also informs that there has been an improvement in braking as well. Despite these additional features, the 2021 Apache 200 has lost 1 kilogram of weight.
