After launching the amazing four cylinder 250cc ZX-25R, the Japanese automaker – Kawasaki, is now ready with its next motorcycle. The Indonesian unit of the motorcycle company – Kawasaki Motor Indonesia (KMI), has unveiled the 2020 version of the popular adventure tourer, the Versys-X 250 in the Southeast Asian country.

The new updated model now comes in a grey color option with new graphics. The stickers and the theme option makes the ADV look fresh and very different from its previous iterations. The motorcycle bears the Versys-X 250 logo on either side of the fuel tank.

Apart from the new color and graphics, the bike gets no other mechanical changes – be it in terms of styling, or the engine. It continues to be powered by the same dual-cylinder, eight-valve, 250 cc DOHC engine that produces a peak power of 34 PS at 11,500 rpm, and 21.7 Nm torque at 10,000 rpm. The motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox.

2021 Kawasaki Ninja 400 Unveiled in New Colors

Kawasaki sells its sibling Versys 300 in India (which is yet to be updated to Bharat Stage 6 emission norms). Apart from a much needed price correction here (which may not come anyway), we hope the updated 300 gets this theme at least.
