Revealed: 2020 X-Blade BS6 Dual Disc Price; Is the 2nd Costliest 150cc Bike

X-Blade BS6 prices for both the variants (ex-showroom Delhi) have now been revealed. This makes X-Blade one of the costliest 150cc motorcycle in India…

Of late Honda has been sending incomplete press releases which simply miss out on few of the key parameters. In a similar fashion, the info dissemination in the latest X-Blade BS6 press note (received earlier today) has been inconsistent. There is no mention of the power or torque figures, nor are the ex-showroom Delhi prices listed. In fact, Honda has simply omitted sharing the cost of the dual disc variant.

Anyway, now that the data is uploaded on the official website, we are mentioning it in this story. The price of the new X-Blade BS6 with single front disc brake is Rs 1,06,687 ex-showroom Delhi. This is fairly higher (Rs 1362) than the ex-showroom Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida price Honda highlighted in the press release (which is what you will read in almost all the launch stories on the internet).

At this price the single disc X-Blade is costlier than all variants of Xtreme 160R, Apache 160 4V, FZ and even the Pulsar NS160 – which is the most powerful motorcycle in the segment.

The higher dual disc variant (front plus rear disc) is listed at a price tag of Rs 1,10,968 ex-showroom Delhi. This makes it the second costliest motorcycle in the streetfighter 150-160 cc segment, only below Suzuki Gixxer which costs Rs 932 more (ex-Delhi price Rs 1,11,900).
