At the Delhi leg of Pro Kabaddi League 2018, Honda has officially launched the 2019 XBlade ABS in India. They have also added a few cosmetics to the motorcycle which is doing fairly well in the market. Let us quickly talk about them…
2019 XBlade Changes
The new version now comes with…
- ABS – It gets an ABS unit. Though Honda has not specified but it will be the same single channel ABS which powers the Hornet.
- Underbelly Cowl
- Front Fork Covers
- Wheel Rim Stripes
The last three updates have been taken from the adventure version which was showcased at the Auto Expo and they will also be available on the non-ABS version as well.

XBlade was originally launched at Rs 78,500 earlier this year and it has seen a price rise of nearly Rs 1300 in a few months. Coming to the current price, as you can see the price difference between the two variants is Rs 8008 which is higher than the respective price difference between Hornet’s trims!
Upcoming Honda’s RE-Challenger: Company CEO Has an Update
It continues to be powered by the same 160cc 13.93 bhp/13.9 Nm engine which is slightly detuned when compared with Hornet. Honda says the focus is on good low and mid-range performance.
