2019 G310 R changes are only cosmetic and India should be getting this model…
With its Indian launch delayed not by months but by at least a year or more, BMW Motorrad has officially introduced the 2019 G310 R model internationally. The press release does not mention any mechanical changes but there are a few cosmetic enhancements.
2019 G310 R Changes
- A new colour Racing Red has been added to the palette.
- New HP Motorsport paint finish ie Pearl metallic white with HP lettering has been updated.
- The Strato blue metallic colour has been discontinued most probably due to low demand.
So now, G310 R will (continue to) be available in three colours – Pearl White Metallic, Cosmic Black and Racing Red.
Many international models also get new comfort turn indicators but none of the 310s get them. In fact, the G310 GS continues as is, since it already is a new model.
BMW says that 2019 G310 R and other models will be available from August 2018 at BMW dealerships. The 2019 models continue to be powered by the same 34 PS, 28 Nm single cylinder 4-valve 313 cc engine which we have already seen on the very impressive Apache 310.
