Clearly, people are scared to move out of their homes due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. When prospect customers are not coming to dealerships, manufacturers are now deciding to go to them and make the buying process easier.
After many makers which went online, Yamaha has also announced its online shop called as VIRTUAL STORE. This virtual store is an end-to-end buying platform for Yamaha two-wheelers.

On the launch of this new sales portal, Mr Motofumi Shitara, Chairman, Yamaha Group Companies, said that digital is the future and the new online store will offer personalized customer services and after sales service activities like extended warranty offers and roadside assistance.
Yamaha dealerships have also been instructed to provide contactless deliveries and push digital communication tools like WhatsApp, etc with customers.
