Yamaha FZ Vintage price is Rs 2000 more than the other smartphone connectivity equipped variant in the FZ lineup…
In a way, Yamaha was one of the pioneer of the premium 150cc segment when it introduced the ‘Lord of the Streets’ FZ more than a decade back. With its fat 140 mm rear tyre, massive looking fuel tank, it redefined the segment which has been dominated by the Apaches and Pulsars for the last many years.
Recently, the FZ received Bluetooth connectivity but it was limited to only the Dark Knight Edition. In a latest development, the company has now broadened the lineup with a new ‘VINTAGE’ Edition which becomes the second variant in the FZ portfolio to offer Smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth.
You can check out the features and details of Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X in the following video.
In terms of cosmetics, it is offered with what Yamaha says are ‘timeless vintage‘ graphics. But the most noticeable change is that brown leather finished single piece two level seat.
Yamaha FZ Vintage Price
|FZ Vintage Edition||Rs 1,09,700|
At that price, this is the most premium FZ in the lineup; it is costlier than the Dark Knight Edition by Rs 2000 and full Rs 5000 dearer than the standard FZ-S (non-Bluetooth connect models).
It now becomes clear that the Smartphone connectivity may not go to all the FZ variants and instead, Yamaha may have decided to only add new trims loaded with this tech.
The FZ Vintage Edition will be retailed through all the company dealerships from the first week of December 2020.
