Yamaha has taken the game several notches ahead of the biggest scooter manufacturers of India. It has introduced its international maxi-scooter Aerox 155 in our country.
The Aerox is an absolutely brilliant looking scoot that shares the R15’s 155cc Blue core, liquid cooled, 4 valve engine coupled with VVA. It churns 15 PS of peak power at 8000 rpm and 13.9 Nm of max torque at 6500 rpm. These are fabulous figures for a scooter – and much higher than the 150cc Aprilias and Vespas.
Key features of Aerox include single channel ABS, 14 inch tyres (rear tyre is 140mm wide), LED headlamp and LED tail lamp, large 24.5 liter underseat storage, external fueling, Start & Stop functionality etc.
There is a big 5.8 inch LCD cluster that has Bluetooth connectivity through Yamaha Motorcycle Connect app.
