When Yamaha launched the Yamaha Aerox back in September, it made all the scooter manufacturers in India sweat with what they were offering, at a pretty competitive price range. Yamaha Aerox is the most sport-aggressive scooter being offered in our country.
At the time of launch, Aerox 155 was offered in Racing Blue and Grey Vermillion Color options, and now, it has added a new color option to the palette – Metallic Black with White accents.
The new color further highlights the flowing lines of the new Yamaha Aerox 155 which has been designed keeping three points of focus – Proud Body Size, Athletic Proportions and ‘X’ Centre Motif.
The key highlight of this sports scooter is its heart – which is based on the same technology as the R15. The Aerox comes with the 155 cc Blue Core, liquid cooled, single-cylinder engine coupled with VVA technology. It puts out 15 PS of power at 8000 RPM and 13.9 Nm of max torque at 6500 RPM – making it the most powerful scooter in the country.

Key features include single-channel ABS, 14” tyres (140 mm rear tyre), LED equipped headlamps and tail-lamps, large 24.5 litre underseat storage, external fueling, Start-Stop functionality and 5.8 inch LCD instrument cluster with Bluetooth Connectivity through Yamaha Connect App.
The new black color comes at the same price tag of Rs 1.29 Lac as the other standard shades.
