TVS Motors is celebrating sales of over 2 Million (20 Lakh) units of TVS HLX series of motorcycles in the international market.
To commemorate this achievement, TVS have launched limited edition models – ‘HLX 125 Gold’ and ‘HLX 150 Gold’ – in the Kenyan market.

The HLX series of motorcycles made their debut way back in 2013. TVS describes the HLX models to be ‘Sturdy models that are highly reliable across rugged terrain’.
The HLX series of motorcycles are widely put to use in last-mile connectivity for commercial taxis and delivery bikes in rural as well as urban regions of African, Middle Eastern and Latin American countries.
Coming to the limited edition ‘Gold’ model of HLX 125 & HLX 150, both the motorcycles are equipped with ‘first-in-segment’ features like Smart lock which is an Anti-theft security feature using a Key-fob, unique & stylish graphics inspired from Kenyan culture.
Further adding to the visual appeal is use of Gold-themed front & rear suspension along with use of the new 3D TVS logo on the tank. Both bikes come with Starlight Blue and Burgundy seat colours to add a unique touch to the limited run models.
The TVS HLX series of motorcycles are available in HLX PLUS (100cc), HLX 125, HLX 150 and HLX 150X variants in over 49 countries in Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.
These models are powered by TVS’ durable & reliable engines, equipped with dual-stage filtration technology and loaded with convenient features like USB chargers, hazard lamps, gear position indicator and an optional offering of a telematics device in these countries.
