Apache 310, Ntorq & Others to Go to Honduras Now

TVS exports grow to more than 60 countries now with this addition. It has partnered with a multi-branded seller Motomundo SA in Honduras.

Targeting India’s largest two-wheeler exporter Bajaj and to reduce its dependency on the domestic market, Chennai-based TVS Motor Company has announced its entry into another country – Honduras. This foray will consolidate TVS’ presence in Central America.

It has partnered with Motomundo SA for this venture which will take care of sales and service of TVS branded motorcycles and scooters. Motomundo SA was founded in 2005 and deals in motorcycles of various brands which include Yamaha, Haojue, Genesis and KMF.

As a part of the deal, Motomundo will start with an exclusive TVS dealership in the country. Within a year, it will open two more (exclusive) outlets in the country taking the total to three dealerships. Apart from these standalone TVS dealerships, TVS-branded 2-wheelers will also be sold in 40 Motomundo outlets and over 25 dealers in the country.

TVS will be selling Apache RR 310, Apache RTR 200, Apache RTR 160 4V and Apache RTR 160 2V in motorcycles and Ntorq as well as Wego in scooters in Honduras.
