The legendary British Motorcycle has launched its fourth dealership in India, this time in Pune. B U Bhandari, the Pune dealership has an ultra-modern showroom and an after sales service centre facility in the same venue.
The store is designed on the same theme as most Triumph outlets are set up with the consultation lounge, sales and after sales desks in close proximity to the motorcycles display area.
The store also has the ‘build your own bike’ facility, via which customers can customise their rides as per their requirement with a large range of genuine Triumph accessories ranging from riding gear, motorcycle accessories and memorabilia.
The company also announced an updated figure of bookings, claiming 335 bookings in less than 20 weeks. Triumph does not stop with just the sales and after sales service, but continues to go an extra step by organising frequent rides for its customers in collaboration with its dealerships. This has led to a 40 per cent increase in new enquiries in its first two outlets in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The company hopes to continue with the trend in Pune as well.
The staff at B.U. Bhandari Triumph, Pune, has been given intense training in management of sales, service, spare parts and customer service to ensure that existing as well as prospective customers receive a best-in-class pre and post sales ownership involvement in tandem with the brand’s international standards. The team has been trained by experts from Hinckley at Triumph’s Manesar plant in Gurgaon.
Triumph has plans to open two more showrooms – one in Mumbai and other one in Ahmadabad which will go live by May 3, as part of the 9 dealerships planned for this year. Sales will begin from this month.
