Suzuki warranty extension and free service relaxation will come as a much needed relief for the company’s customers who can not move out due to lockdowns…
Like almost all other manufacturers, Suzuki has also extended its free service and warranty timelines during this second wave of COVID-19 which has enforced lockdown and restrictions in many states.
With dealerships closed and people not allowed to move out, many people have their free services and warranties expiring during these times. And it is only logical (and helpful) to extend the dates.
So, Suzuki customers, who had their free services and warranties expiring between 1st April 2021 to 31st May 2021, get an extension till 15 July 2021. That means they can avail these facilities till the new deadline and they won’t expire. This is also applicable on extended warranties.
On this occasion, Satoshi Uchida, Head, Suzuki India, said,
It gives me immense pleasure to share with you that we have extended the tenure of free services, warranty and extended warranty of all the concerned customers till 15th July, 2021. We do understand that in these unprecedented times, it is difficult to avail all these services due to localized restrictions and state lockdowns. At the same time, I would say that in these testing times, this is our chance to show gratitude to all those customers who have trusted in Suzuki Two Wheeler products. Amidst the myriad challenges being faced by the country currently, this extension will enable customers to avail these benefits at their convenience after the lockdown and restrictions are lifted.
