Suzuki Motorcycles India have fared well in the domestic as well as export numbers when compared to January of last year.
The company registered Gross Sales of 70,092 units in January 2022, a growth of 8.05% compared to 57,004 units sold in January 2021.

Year-over-Year Sales –
Compared with January 2021, the domestic sales saw a growth of 6.35% while the exports grew significantly by 20.39%.
In January 2022, the Domestic sales stood at 60,623 units, up from 57,004 units from previous year.
The export sales added upto 9,469 units, up from 7,865 units of January 2021.
Month-over-Month Sales –
Comparing the Gross sales figures from December 2021, we see an overall growth of 37.04%. The numbers grew from 51,148 units in December 2021 to 70,092 units in January 2022.
The only numbers which are in red are the exports. Exports dropped a significant 49.09% MoM.

Domestic sales expanded by 86.25%, up from 32,549 units registered in the previous month.
These good numbers have come at a time when overall sales are down for most big manufacturers. Suzuki has recently celebrated their roll-out of the 6 Millionth unit in our country. The model which got the honor of being the 6 Millionth unit is the new Suzuki Avenis 125.
This month, February 2022, Suzuki will celebrate the completion of their 15 years on our land.
