Suzuki Motorcycle India have achieved the milestone of rolling out their 6 millionth vehicle in India. The new Suzuki Avenis gets the honor of being the 6 millionth celebratory unit to be dispatched from their manufacturing facility at Kherki Dhaula, Gurugram.
Suzuki started its operations in the two-wheeler segment in February 2006. Next month it will celebrate its 15th anniversary on our land. This means that the motorcycle maker has sold an average of around 4 lakh units every year since inception.

“This year marks the completion of Suzuki Motorcycle India’s 15 years in the country. It is indeed heartening to also announce the roll out of our 6 millionth Suzuki two-wheeler product in India from our Gurugram plant.
We are grateful to all our customers for their trust and loyalty that they have shown in the brand. I would also like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all our dealer partners and suppliers who have continuously supported us by ensuring and delivering the quality products and services. All these efforts helped us to retain the customers’ long-term belief in the brand, Suzuki two-wheelers.
He added that it is a delight for them that the company could reach this landmark figure despite the challenges that were thrown by the second wave along with the global semiconductor shortage across the world.
Access & Burgman Street Launched in New Colors
Suzuki Motorcycle India currently offers various products in both scooter and motorcycle segments. In the scooter category, they have the extremely successful Access 125 along with the entry maxi-scooter Burgman Street. The company recently introduced Avenis 125 that will be a sportier offering targeted at Grazia and Ntorq customers.
In the motorcycle category, their offerings consist of Gixxer & Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF & Gixxer SF 250, Intruder in the mainstream segment. It also offers Hayabusa along with the ADV V-Strom 650 XT in the premium space.
