The Classic 650 will be the sixth 650cc motorcycle in Royal Enfield’s portfolio of big bikes in the Indian market

Royal Enfield Classic 650 had its global premiere at the EICMA 2024 in Italy. The motorcycle was earlier scheduled to launch at the Motoverse in November last year with deliveries and sales starting from Jan 2025. However, Royal Enfield introduced the Goan Classic 350 at the three-day long event in Goa while postponing the launch of the Classic 650. Now, it has been learnt that the bike is all set to launch in the next few days in the Indian market with several dealers accepting unofficial bookings.

Royal Enfield Classic 650 will be positioned below the Super Meteor 650 in RE’s portfolio. It is going to be the sixth 650cc motorcycle in the brand’s product line-up after the Interceptor, Continental GT, Super Meteor, Shotgun and Bear. The motorcycle has a kerb weight of 243 kg which makes it the heaviest Royal Enfield till date.

It boasts of a round LED headlamp upfront while riding on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels. This similar wheel setup is already on offer with the Classic 350.
