Several Royal Enfield dealers have even started accepting bookings for the motorcycle while it is expected to be priced in excess of Rs 3.50 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

The Classic 650 takes styling cues from Royal Enfield’s best-seller and its younger sibling, the Classic 350. It comes with a round LED headlamp, teardrop fuel tank, twin exhaust setup and a small beak upfront. The rear fenders are quite broader in shape while one can also notice Tiger lamps at the rear.

Even the suspension travel is identical for front and rear units at 120 mm and 90 mm, respectively.

Royal Enfield Classic 650 will be available in four colour schemes namely Vallam Red, Bruntingthorpe Blue, Teal and Black Chrome. It tips the scale at 243 kg which makes it the heaviest Royal Enfield motorcycle till date, as it outweighs the Super Meteor and Shotgun by 2 kg and 1 kg, respectively.
