‘Racing Inspired’ Rodeo UZO 125 Launched; Prices, Colors & All Details

Mahindra’s tryst with automatic scooters has so far been a mixed-bag experience!  After initial sales spike, they have been loosing out on a consistent basis. Rodeo is their current flagship scooter and to bring some freshness to it, Mahindra has launched Rodeo UZO 125, a new version which attempts to lend the scooter some ‘Racing Traits’!

The single biggest change…all right…the only few changes include a few racing stripes, body colored rear view mirrors and colored wheels. But let us admit, the scoot does look ‘sporty’! Apart from this they have added some anti-slippage material with dual texture to the seats to break the monotonousness.

The rest of the scooter remains the same impressive (ahem) package which actually includes some practical additions, like under seat storage illumination, side stand buzzer, 4 in 1 anti-theft key, a mobile charging point and a high speed alarm.

Powering the Rodeo UZO 125 is the same 125cc mill which churns out a modest amount of 8.2PS of maximum power and 9Nm of torque which peaks out fairly late for a scooter. The scooter has a top speed of 80kmph but churns out 59.38 kilometres (ARAI rated) to a litre of petrol.

Rodeo UZO 125 continues with the all-digital dash panel which has 7 different backlit colors. The rear seat storage also has a pretty remarkable volume of 22L, good enough for the segment.
