‘Chala Apni’ Bajaj Launches New Campaign for Pulsar NS400

Pulsar Chala Apni ad revolves around the younger generation biker and pushes him to follow his heart over the brain…

So the ‘Definitely Male’ tagline and its extensive promotion of the earlier Pulsars did catch the fancy of an average motorcyclist. This has now evolved to ‘Definitely Daring’ for the newest and the biggest Pulsar NS400 – that was launched recently.

The NS400 offers the Indian motorcyclist the most affordable 400cc, 40 PS machine – that costs under Rs 2 Lakh. With Bajaj settling down with the product, it has now launched a new marketing campaign – Chala Apni! Watch it below…

Like before, this campaign has also been developed by Ogilvy India and targets the young generation buyer. It propagates the thought of living ones own life and doing whatever pleases him! The Pulsar NS range has always been about a street naked that pleases young bikers with its sharp looks and fulfilling performance. With the 400, the eldest sibling, the performance quotient has been taken to a new height. And that affordable price tag is a cherry on the top.

On this new campaign, Deepika Warrier, Marketing Head at Bajaj Auto said,

he Pulsar and especially the NS sub range have always been seen by their riders as an expression of their individual identities. We are using the new campaign to launch the NS400z and to celebrate our young riders’ mentality – their need to master their own lives, resist societal pressures, and make daring and uncomfortable choices. The ‘Chala Apni’ campaign is the outcome of extensive cultural work and aims to inspire Indian youth to express their “Inner Roar” and follow through on daring life choices. The campaign also celebrates the bond between the rider and the Pulsar NS400z, which is a beast of a ride that combines category-beating power, speed, control and style.
