Piaggio India has announced the revised pricing of their hot selling iconic model the Vespa LX 125. The current year model is priced at Rs.59,990/- (Ex-Showroom) which is approximately 7000/- lesser than the price it was available earlier. Addressing the price revision, the Italian lifestyle scooter manufacturer said that due to their completion of the localization process and higher production numbers the same was considered and executed so the benefits of the same can be shared with the customers with a reduction in price.
Piaggio also believes that there will be a warm welcome from the customers for this price revision as with the earlier high price tag of Rs.68,200 Ex-Showroom there was a decent sale of approximately 25,000 LX 125’s in it’s eight months of existence in India. In addition Vespa also is available on a wide spread area of 16 states and over 47 outlets across India. – Ram
