Petronas TVS Racing Team 4th Round domination was spearheaded by their most experienced rider K Y Ahamad….
With the 4th round of the Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship (INMRC) 2022 concluding last weekend, the newly named Petronas TVS Racing Team utterly dominated the round to achieve a Podium Knockout in one of the categories.
Petronas TVS Racing Team took part in Pro Stock 301-400 cc category and Pro Stock 165 cc category in the 4th round of INMRC 2022. They were able to achieve an impressive 5 out of the 6 podium finishes in the 2 races that occurred in the Pro Stock 301-400 cc category. The claimed India’s 1st racing team, Petronas TVS clean-sweeped the podium positions in the first race in the 301-400 cc category.

Their most experienced racer – K. Y. Ahamad – achieved the feat of winning both the races of the Pro Stock 301-400 cc category. Ahamad achieved this feat riding on the team’s GP 310 R race-spec machine. The GP 310 R is the race-spec machine that is the inspiration for their ever-loved Apache RR 310 road machine.
Speaking on the team’s performance, Mr Vimal Sumbly (Head Business – Premium, TVS Motor Company) said –
