Putting an end to the months of hype, Ola electric has launched its S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters in India. The S1 is priced at INR 99,999 whereas the S1 Pro costs INR 1,29,999 (excluding incentives, registration, insurance).

Ola S1 will be available for purchase starting from 8th September 2021. Deliveries will begin in October 2021 across 1000 cities in India.

The S1 and S1 pro are available in ten colors in satin, matte and glossy finishes. The scooters come with twin headlamps, ergonomic design, alloy wheels, large boot space, etc. In its segment, Ola S1 is the only one to provide cruise control but we wonder how helpful will it be. It also comes with a reverse ride mode.

As promised earlier the Ola electric scooter offers an impressive range of 181 km. It can attain 0 to 40 mph in 3 seconds and the scoot has an astonishing top speed of 115 kmph.

It also comes with battery Management System or BMS that actively monitors the performance and safety of the battery.
