Hero MotoCorp has been struggling to sell its 150 cc bikes. After featuring as the lowest 150cc seller for the last few months, things have looked a little bright with the more powerful Xtreme Sports and to replicate the same, Hero has officially launched the new 2016 Hunk at Rs 69,725 ex-showroom in Delhi.
According to the official specs updated at their website, the new 2016 Hunk produces 15.6 bhp of peak power at 8500 rpm and 13.5 Nm of maximum torque at 7000 rpm from its 149.2 cc air-cooled SOHC mill, which is the same tuune of the Xtreme Sports. It has a ground clearance of 163 mm and weighs (kerb) 146 kg.
As is a ritual, the new Hunk gets some cosmetic updates like a refreshed head lamp assembly, new decals and a restyled instrumentation console. The bike also gains a side stand indicator. The rear suspension springs are now black in colour. Hero also informs that the Hunk now comes with a new viscous air filter. A red Hero badging is also seen on the crankcase cover.
