FZ-S FI Dark Night gets new colour theme…
Like they do every year just before the festive season, Yamaha has kept up the tradition this year as well by introducing special editions of their existing products. They have launched Dark Night editions of three of their two-wheelers – FZ-S FI, Saluto RX and Cygnus Ray ZR.
All these models get matt black finished colour with chrome decals and stickers. At this occasion, Mr Roy Kurian, Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, Yamaha India said…
“Well-endowed across popular motorcycling cultures of the world, Yamaha’s affinity to black body two-wheelers is inspired by its DNA of being sporty and stylish. This uniqueness in Yamaha’s style is now available for the two wheeler buyers in its new variants which are sure to rev hearts.”
All these models continue to be equipped with the same engine without any alterations.

For all these special edition models, Yamaha is charging Rs 1000 premium over their regular versions respectively.
It is almost certain that they will also launch special editions of the remaining motorcycles like the 150cc Fazer and probably the FZ25 as well apart from its scooters.

At the launch of Fazer 25, Mr Kurian also revealed to BikeAdvice that they will introduce the temporarily discontinued R3 adhering to BS4 emission norms in the coming months (more details).
