Kawasaki Launches 2016 ZX-10R and ZX-14R in India; List of Changes

Kawasaki India has launched the new 2016 ZX-10R in India at Rs 16.4 lakhs ex-showroom, Delhi. The bike maker has brought in a lot of changes in its latest iteration. Essentially working with their WSBK factory racing team, the Japanese manufacturer has converted an already potent machine into a killer deal.

The 998 cc in-line four cylinder mill produces 200 PS of maximum power at 13,000 rpm and 113.5 Nm of peak torque at 11,500 rpm. The output can be further boosted with Ram air intakes to 210 PS at the same engine rev.

Apart from this they have also revamped the braking system with Brembo M50 monobloc callipers, Brembo idle stroke checked radial pump master cylinder, and a high precision brake management system. The cooling system has also been updated.

2016 Kawasaki ZX-14R

Kawasaki has also launched the 2016 ZX-14R in India which is priced at Rs 17.9 Lakhs ex-showroom in Delhi. It is powered by the same 1,441 cc four pot mill churning out 200 PS of maximum power at 10,000 rpm and 158.2 Nm of peak torque at 7,500 rpm.

In the more affordable range, Kawasaki is expected to bring the single cylinder 250SL to India in the coming few months.
