June 2021 2-Wheeler sales would have given a respite to motorcycle makers as numbers show a much better trend this month…
While May 2021 saw a decline in domestic sales, June 2021 has been better as two-wheeler sales have sprung back on their feet. Here are the monthly sales figures of top 2-wheeler brands – Bajaj Auto, Hero, Honda, TVS Motors, and Royal Enfield.
With lockdown retracting in various states, the production facilities have come back to life and this is reflecting in the sales figure.
June 2021 2-wheeler Sales – Domestic
Maker | June 2021 | June 2020 |
Hero MotoCorp | 4,38,514 | 4,30,889 |
Honda | 2,12,446 | 2,02,837 |
Bajaj | 1,55,640 | 1,46,695 |
TVS | 1,45,413 | 1,44,817 |
Royal Enfield | 35,815 | 36,510 |
Hero has hold onto its fort with double the sales of Honda. However, there is an interesting change down the order. Bajaj has piped TVS for the third spot for June. Interestingly, it was the same case in June 2020 as well.
Here are the combined sales – Domestic + Exports
Total Sales

The combined sales list gleams a completely different picture. Look at Honda! Due to the lack of exports, it is down to number four. Bajaj moves up to the second place, followed by TVS.
