Hero MotoCorp has finally updated its website. The logo of the company in full screen with the tagline ‘Hum Mein Hai Hero’ welcomes you to the site. Once the logo goes away, then comes the real website.
It looks really fresh with the nice white background. Though the tabs in the site are almost the same, there is an upgrade in the layout. My interest grew to see if the all new dirt bike HMC Impulse and the scooter Maestro are added to the product portfolio or not. But the effort was fruitless, for they aren’t added yet.
HMC has also followed the footsteps of every other auto maker in India by adopting social media marketing by coming up with exclusive pages in Facebook, Twitter and YouTube as well. With bikes such as Impulse targeted only form youth, this mode of marketing becomes mandatory for the company.
The site is developed and maintained by Law & Kenneth, which is also a creative partner to launch and establish the new brand for the company. The independent brand communications firm was mandated to devise the new brand positioning of the company.
