Hero Electric Partners with Mobility Rental Start-up Bykemania

Hero Electric and Bykemania partnership will offer ownership of electric vehicles at lower costs and an option of leasing them further…

Hero Electric has begun its partnership with Bangalore-based EV mobility start-up Bykemania. The latter has devised a wealth creation model which goes by the name VOLARIS.

This model allows investors with a minimum budget to own EVs and even lease them. Of course, the owners gain a cut of the revenue that Bykemania generates.

Hero Electric will deliver Bykemania with 5000 units of its Nyx-HX one of its machines from the city speed category for the VOLARIS scheme.

In the event of Hero’s electric scooter handover to Bykemania, a freedom ride was also organized. The highlight was to become free from pollution and encourage masses to switch to EVs.

With the leasing solution, the EVs being leased can be serviced easily through a system that Hero claims to provide 90% uptime. This means more throughput from the EVs and more revenue for all.

Bykemania has a strong customer base spanning a huge figure surpassing 5,00,000. For its VOLARIS scheme, the brand has received 100,000 subscriptions as of now.
