After the success of Street 750, Harley is trying to build on this platform. The next motorcycle that has been spawned on the same platform is the Street Rod 750. In a surprising move, barely after a few days of its unveiling, Harley has already launched it in India at 5.86 Lakhs (launch story here).
The basic difference is that Harley has tried to add sportiness to the machine and reduce cruiser-ness from it. Through such a richer and versatile machine they intend to target a slightly more premium and broader customer base.
Nonetheless, the idea looks different and the Street Rod looks ominous, at least in the pics. Have a good look at it then…
