Gurugram Police to Ride Gixxer SF 250s

Continuing with its tradition, Suzuki has gifted ten of its new Gixxer SF 250s to the Gurugram police under the road safety CSR initiative. These motorcycles are customised to suit the requirements.

They are painted in white colours with ‘Police’ sticker’ for differentiation. They are also equipped with saddlebags and emergency vehicle lighting at the front. These motorcycles were handed over to IPS Mohammed Akil, Commissioner of Police, Gurugram by Koichiro Hirao, Managing Director at Suzuki in a ceremony which was held at the Commissioner’s office at Sohna Road.

The quarter liter Gixxer SF’s are powered by Suzuki’s new 249 cc, single cylinder, oil cooled, 4-valve engine which produces 26.5 PS of peak power and 22.6 Nm of max torque.
