Update – SCOOP – Suzuki Gixxer 250 Leaked
The world has been talking about it for years and a new Suzuki 250 is a confirmation now! That is T-H-E way to go for the Jap to penetrate in the market – the slightly more premium and higher displacement segment.
Though it is still not confirmed what form will the Indian version will adorn but it is a big possibility that it could be based on the Houje 300 aka GSX S300 (picture of which you see on this page). It may be called as Gixxer 250, with a faired version joining the ranks sometime later.
Gixxer 250 Unveil Date
According to a latest sneak from one of our reliable source, Suzuki has planned to unveil the India-spec motorcycle, most probably, a 250cc, on the 20 May 2019 at a dealer meet. In addition, there may be two more products that the brand may showcase to their dealer partners. The additional products could be updates of existing two-wheelers or all-new products.

There is a little delay in this activity – may be Suzuki was not ready with the product or there could have been some other issues. But it appears that the motorcycle is now ready (companies generally showcase production ready products to its dealers/public) and we can safely expect its launch sometime in the second half of this year, or earlier.
