Fuel Injected Gixxer SF Launch Only by Year End

Apart from the rear disc brake variants of Gixxer and Gixxer SF, Suzuki also showcased the Fuel Injected Gixxer SF at the 2016 Auto Expo. In an earlier interaction with Mr Babu, we have already learnt (and shared) that SF FI will get a different power output than the carburetted version and at the Expo Suzuki had confirmed that fuel injection will only be introduced in the MotoGP edition livery of the Gixxer SF.

In the financial year 2015-16, Suzuki sold 82,052 units of the Gixxer twins in the domestic market and exported 42,468 units. They have plans to average about 10,000 units in the domestic market every month and considering the offering they are, they should easily achieve that with expansion of sales and service outlets.
