Ducati Scrambler Enduro 800 Spotted for First Time!

Thanks to the super success of the Scrambler brand and the downsizing world, Ducati last year launched the Scrambler Sixty2. However, this EICMA the tale for the Scrambler brand might just be limited only to a more enhanced profile for an existing version. Yes, we are talking about the Scrambler Enduro 800.

Based on the same series which revived the iconic name, the new motorcycle is being reported to flaunt 19 inch front wheels with an 18 inch one in the rear. The bike will also be enhanced further to have greater stability and rideability. In comparison the Urban Enduro gets 18 inch front wheel and a 17 inch rear setup.

The spy shot shared by the folks at InMoto reveals that the front suspension is longer to accommodate more travel. The electronics can also be boosted a bit but not on the levels of the Multistrada 1200! Maintaining the ethos of the Scrambler brand will mean limiting electronics to a minimum.

Oh yes, unlike what a lot of media houses have been reporting, the version coming up now will not be a 1200. In fact, the bigger Scrambler which has been rumoured for a long time now, will have an 1,100 cc mill.

The 803 cc L twin Desmodromic, air cooled mill churns out 75 hp of power at 8,250 and 68 Nm of torque at 5,750 rpm.
