Ducati describes their Multistrada V4 as a ‘Complete bike on any terrain, capable of dominating all roads‘. They claim their latest V4 Granturismo engine is always ready to offer a sporty ride, the state-of-the-art technology makes every journey comfortable thanks to the front and rear radar, while the electronic suspension and the engines’s fluid power delivery proves to be always upto it for all the challenging routes.

Ducati is now sharing the Multistrada V4’s attitude and potential by exploring China in their documentary – Ducati Multistrada V4 Silk Road Grand Tour. Ducati explains this documentary to be a unique riding story aboard the Multistrada V4 that highlights the beauty and the unique cultures of iconic locations in China while highlighting the  qualities and versatility of the Multistrada V4, which on this journey proved its mettle on all types of terrain.

Their memorable adventure is divided into five episodes that will be published monthly on Ducati’s digital channels. The first episode of the series is already available on the Ducati.com website and on their YouTube channel.

Ducati DesertX Unveiled; Looks Brilliant!

The shooting of the documentary lasted about two months, during which the Multistrada V4 travelled over 10,000 kms, crossing five different provinces and 2,000 years of history. The journey touched locations such as Inner Mongolia grasslands, Gobi Desert, Yunnan tropical rainforests and the mountain city of Chongqing. In each of the five episodes, a special rider illustrates a different aspect of the Multistrada V4, writing a page of this itinerary to discover the local traditions and the unique landscapes.

The Ducati Multistrada V4 is the Sport-Touring king from the Ducati Family. It is powered by a 1158cc, liquid-cooled 90° V4 putting out 170 hp at 10,500 RPM and 125 Nm of torque at 8,750 RPM. It has a fuel capacity of 22 liters and weighs around 258.5 kg gross. The seat height is measured around 840-860 mm. The ground clearance of the bike is 220 mm.
