CFMoto Adds 3rd ‘700 CL-X ADV’ Model To European Lineup

CFMoto CL-X ADV unveil rounds up the company’s middleweight offerings in the European region… No plans of it making it to India…

So after unveiling the 700 CL-X Heritage and Sport models, CFMoto have added a 3rd bike to the 700 CL-X range and are calling it – 700 CL-X ADV – in the European market.

The new model carries over the design language of the other two siblings, but sports off-road-centric equipment.

Design-wise, the new 700 CL-X ADV is equipped with a beak front fender, a taller-set handlebar, and a short front visor which help the ADV distinguish itself from the Heritage and Sport variants. Yet, It retains the round LED headlight, rear tyre-hugger and butch fuel tank.

Powering the new CFMoto 700 CL-X ADV is the same 693 cc, parallel-twin engine that also powers the other models. It boasts an output of  71 HP (1.1 HP more than the Heritage model) and 61 Nm of peak torque. Similar to the other variants, the ADV also features cruise control, riding modes and auto-cancelling indicators as standard.

Another difference the new CL-X ADV have from the Heritage & Sport variants is the use of spoked-rims covered with dual-purpose rubber and gold-coloured USD forks coupled with a monoshock at the rear. Braking is handled by Brembo hardware consisting of single-disc rotors at both front and the rear, aided by dual-channel ABS.

In Germany, the new CFMoto 700 CL-X ADV is priced at EUR 7,199 which equates to Rs. 5.85 Lakh in our currency.

Let’s not get our hopes up that CFMoto will bring this bike to India anytime soon. The only middleweight models CFMoto offers in India are the NK, MT & GT 650 models.
